Ask Franck Ribery

Ask Franck Ribery
(FIFA.com) Friday 12 February 2010

Franck Ribery is in demand, with Real Madrid, Juventus, Barcelona and Chelsea all tracking the French star. Transfer talk aside, however, the mercurial 26-year-old is intent on seeing out his contract with Bayern Munich and hitting top form again after a lengthy injury lay-off.

After keeping tabs on his progress at Olympique Marseille and Galatasaray, the Bavarian giants paid out €25m for the Gallic wizard back in 2007. Ribery, voted France’s footballer of the year in 2008 and 2009, will decide in the next few weeks whether to extend his contract with Bayern or seek a new challenge with another big-name European outfit.

Aside from his scintillating performances at club level, Ribery has also made a major impact for his country, presenting a compelling claim to succeed Zinedine Zidane as the leader of the French pack. The man they call 'Scarface' has collected 41 caps already, scoring seven goals in the process, and is sure to play a central role in Les Bleus' bid for glory at the upcoming 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™.

Now, FIFA.com is giving you the unique opportunity to pose your questions directly to the French star.

The 2006 FIFA World Cup runner-up has agreed to an exclusive interview with FIFA.com. But rather than us asking the questions, we thought we would give you, the users, a unique opportunity to put Franck on the spot. And if you make your question a good one, you might even pick up a special prize.

Franck will be selecting the best questions from all those you send in, with the chosen few all receiving a shirt autographed by the man himself.

All you have to do to get your question to us is click on 'Add Your Comment' below, type it in and then click 'Send'. You will get notification that we have received your question. However, to put your poser to Franck you must be a member of the FIFA.com Club. Registration is quick, easy and free - so what are you waiting for?

Unlike the Have Your Say debates and other articles at FIFA.com, your questions will not be published directly on the site but will instead be collected by members of our editorial team. The best of the bunch will then be put to Franck in our exclusive interview, which will appear on the site the following week.

Feel free to send in as many questions as you like. We hope you will be lucky enough to have your question chosen but if it isn’t, then don’t worry - you will soon have another chance to put yet more questions to another of your favourite football stars.
